Chairman
He is a retired judge with over 40 years of experience in the legal field. He is an authority in land and chieftaincy matters, having given leading judgments in many highly contested cases. He is also an experienced legal practitioner with expertise in various areas of law, including civil litigation, aviation law, ADR, negotiations, Banking & Finance, and the criminal justice system.
Justice Adebajo is a well-respected member of the legal community, serving as a member of several prestigious legal associations, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, International Bar Association (IBA), the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association (CMJA), and the American Bar Association (ABA). He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zuzlon Properties Limited, which demonstrates his leadership skills and business acumen. His membership in these organizations and his leadership role in Zuzlon Properties Limited show his commitment to the legal profession and his dedication to serving his community.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Odele is a distinguished professional with over two decades of experience in banking and finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London (ICSA). He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from ESUT Business School, Enugu State, and is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School’s Agricultural Management Program (AGMP).
Throughout his career, Mr. Odele has held key positions in various departments at esteemed institutions such as Universal Trust Bank Plc and United Bank for Africa Plc. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing his vast experience and leadership skills to drive organizational success and foster growth. He is committed to excellence and has a comprehensive understanding of financial operations, making him an invaluable asset to the company.

Engineer James Ayokunle Aloko, born in Kogi State, Nigeria, in 1962, began his career with Texaco Nigeria Petroleum Company after completing his education at the University of Ibadan and his MBA at the University of Benin. He worked with Texaco and later Chevron, both locally and internationally, before retiring from Saudi Aramco in 2022. Aloko is known for his philanthropy, including sponsoring students’ education, financing free coaching for WAEC examinations, and empowering widows through donations.
Aloko’s achievements include owning an educational foundation for students from Isanlu, financing free coaching for WAEC examinations, and paying registration fees for indigent students. He is also a member of the Agbana Palace Building Committee in Isanlu, Kogi State, and has helped many people achieve their goals through financial assistance. His work as a grassroots mobilizer and friend to the widows has made a significant impact in his community.

Wilson Alegun is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with 25 years of experience in various sectors, including academia, banking, and fast-moving consumer goods. He began his career as a National Youth Service Corp member at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, where he taught in the department of Building and Quantity Surveying. He has since held various roles at Universal Trust Bank Plc, Nestlé Nigeria Plc, and PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, including a stint as a General Manager in Human Resources.
Wilson holds a Higher National Diploma with Distinction in Quantity Surveying from Auchi Polytechnic, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University and has a Doctoral degree program in Leadership and Strategic Management from Atlantic International University, USA. Wilson is a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Certified Management Consultant.

Olupeju Odele has had over 40 years experience in business and marketing related activities.
She had worked in Exim Recoveries Ltd as Marketing and Development Manager between 1979 to 1985.
She joined Bluebird Travels Ltd as Admin and Relationship Manager in 1986 to 1988.
In 1990, she veered into logistics, marketing distribution businesses.
She has successfully managed business as one of the first major distributors of a well-known bottled water brand with prestigious awards won as a major wholesaler in Lagos State.
She graduated from Royal Polytechnic Institute, Hampstead, London in 1979 with a Diploma in Business Studies.
She is presently the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Non-Executive Member
He has over 20 yrs experience in Construction, Architecture and Project Management. He graduated with B.Tech Arch from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso in 1998 and later proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he bagged Master of Architecture in 2002. He is a Graduate Member Nigerian Institute of Architects.
After graduating from university in 1998, he has worked with many Architectural firms in positions as assistant and full Architect directly engaged with responsibilities which involves project initiation, preliminary designs, production of working drawings, details and specifications, obtaining tenders to completion, project supervision and administration. These have been for both small and large-scale projects.
He is a non-Executive member of the Board.

Director of Technical Operations
Gabriel Ama is a versatile professional with a background in Civil Engineering and Banking. Beginning his career in construction after graduating from the University of Lagos in 1997, he managed significant projects in Nigeria’s irrigation dam rehabilitation sector. Transitioning to banking, he played pivotal roles at Universal Trust Bank and United Bank for Africa, overseeing branch operations and expansion projects, eventually specializing in Facilities Management and Technical Support for over 300 branches.
Gabriel’s career showcases his proficiency in Leadership, Project Management, Banking Operations, and Facilities Management. His commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is evident throughout his journey. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations, he brings a wealth of experience and a dedication to organizational success through innovation and integrity.
Director of Marketing & Business Development

Surveyor
He has over 10 years experience in Construction, Project Management and Surveying. He graduated with HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics in 2010 and later proceeded to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) & B.Sc. In Surveying & Geoinformatics in 2012 from the Federal School of Surveying Oyo and in 2018 from Bells University of Technology, Ota respectively. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Surveyors (MNIS).
As a Project Manager, he has managed the execution of various successful and important projects throughout Nigeria. Some of these projects include the construction of Edward Hotonu Road, Lekki, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos State, Construction of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations in Okolovo, Delta State and Onite, Ondo State, 3.7km Ekosodina market road, Edo State, 7.265km Nomayo/Iguma/St. Saviours’ Road, Edo State and a number of others.
Business Development Officer
Mr. Olalekan Ayodeji Odele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State, South West Nigeria. He has also completed a one-year internship at FUG Pensions Ltd, Lagos, where he gained valuable practical experience in the field of finance.
Since joining Zuzlon Properties Limited in April 2014 as an Account/Admin Officer, Mr. Olalekan Ayodeji Odele has exhibited remarkable growth and dedication, progressing through various roles to his current position as Business Development Director.
His roles have encompassed sales, marketing, leadership, and management, reflecting his versatility and capability in diverse areas of business operations.
