Pay the ₦3,000,000 deposit into one of our four designated company accounts and spread the balance over up to 12 months, interest free. Every payment is covered by a Company Receipt.
If you cannot be present to sign, we guide you through appointing a trusted representative and preparing the documents from abroad.
Request an inspection at any stage and receive photos, video and a written report on your plot and the estate infrastructure.
Your Contract of Sales and Letter of Allocation are handed to you or your representative, with the plot marked out on site.
Phase 1 plots come with Registered Survey and Freehold title, with Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in view. Our Title and Documentation team verifies title authenticity to prevent fraud and shares the documents before you pay.
